INPARTNERS GROUP is a network of mutually cooperating advocates and patent attorneys of both the Slovak and Czech Republics having a long-term professional experience specialised predominantly at Industrial Property Law, Intellectual Property Protection Issues and Commercial Law in its broadest sense.
INPARTNERS GROUP was founded in 2002 by JUDr. Eugen Zathurecky, Ing. Dusan Kendereski, Ing. Mihna Gheorghiu and Ing. Leopold Dadej. Members of the Slovakian part of the INPARTNERS GROUP, having its seat in Banská Bystrica, are JUDr. Eugen Zathurecky, an advocate, rendering legal services through the Zathurecky InPaRtners, Ltd. law firm and JUDr. Romana Zathurecka, a patent attorney. Members of the Czech part, having its seat in Brno, are advocates Mgr. Simona Hejdova, JUDr. Radim Charvat, PhD., LL.M., Prof. JUDr. Ivo Telec, CSc. and patent attorneys Ing. Leopold Dadej, Ing. Dusan Kendereski and Ing. Ivan Luksicek.
