Law, patent and trademark office was founded by Dr. Eugen Zathurecky in 2001. The office provides legal services and assistance particularly in the area of intellectual property law, commercial law, civil and family law, labour law and criminal law. As it follows from its title, the office accentuates in legal services particularly within the area of copyright, trademarks, appellation of origin, business names, know-how, business secrets, unregistered signs, corporate identity, Internet domains, patents, supplementary protection certificates, utility models, industrial designs, topographies of semiconductor products. Due to the fact that two of our partners are also the holders of the certificate entitling to represent the clients before Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, except the above mentioned services the office also represents the clients in the proceedings before Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic.
